Investment-based Visa

Though not strictly regarded as an employment visa, an EB-5 Investor visa is an opportunity for anyone with resources to invest in the U.S. while also making themselves eligible for lawful permanent residence (a Green Card). In limited cases we have assisted individuals pursuing EB-5 investor visas with strategic partners.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows foreign nationals to obtain lawful permanent residence (a Green Card) by making a qualifying investment in a U.S. commercial enterprise that creates jobs for U.S. workers. The qualifying investment has be $800,000 if the investment is made in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), which includes: Rural areas, or Areas with high unemployment. In the alternative, making a $1,050,000 investment in a New Commercial Enterprise. The investment must be made in a for-profit business formed for the ongoing conduct of lawful business. The source of the funds, job creation, and risk of investment are some of the factors we put into consideration.
